At Jaibhole.co.in, we strive to provide high-quality astrology consultations, gemstones, and puja services to our valued customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, or cancellations may be requested.

1. Astrology Consultation Services

• All astrology consultations (phone, video, or email) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule it within 24 hours by contacting our support team.
• Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or dissatisfaction with predictions, as astrology is a subjective service.

2. Path & Puja Services

• All puja bookings and path services are non-refundable once performed or scheduled.
• If a puja is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a new date or issue a partial refund if cancellation occurs before the service.
• Prasad and other puja-related items are not eligible for refund.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Astrology Consultations: Cancellations made before 12 hours of the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full refund.
• Gemstones/Yantras: Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
• Path & Puja Services: Cancellations before 24 hours of the scheduled puja may receive a partial refund.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credit within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
• If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
